Two times I have gone in about 20 min before they are supposed to close and the employees were very rude to me and told me “our boss told us to close early!” (Not to mention they are frequently closed whenever they fee like it on random days of the week) I also had bad experiences with another employee who would scoop the incorrect items into my bowl and also question me each time I said an item. Unfortunately the service and quality has drastically decreased. We do think that this kind of unfair treatment can not be stopped no matter how much we're kind to others we know it may not change everyone's bad attitude but we think it is our responsibility to be kind and tell them how we feel when we are treated unfairly. We've been living in this community for a long time and we want to make sure our relationship with people in this community is fine as well as workers in restaurants. But there was no place get to complain to them online, that is why have to write the complaint through this online review. Then we went online if we could get the information to them because we live here and we want to make sure that we have a good relationship with them. We called to try to just let them know, because we still want to have a good relationship with them, but we couldn't get connected to their phone. Now tonight, my son ordered high-rise dough on his pizza like he usually does and the dough was raw. They were so mean, we went back to tell them they have to treat us with friendliness. I used to go to this place, but there was incidents were one employee threw my daughter's pizza on the floor because he put on the wrong topping. That was disappointing since we still had wine to finish, we certainly felt a bit rushed at the end and weren't able to enjoy some dessert. We arrived just about 4:30p and were able to get a seat easily as there were only a few other parties there at that time, but when we inquired about dessert we were told that our table had a 6p reservation so we didn't have much time. The atmosphere is elegant and lively.īeing parents of two beautiful young Daughters, we don't get out much so it had been a while since we last visited Ember and we learned that they now accept reservations so it would likely be a good idea to set that up in advance. ![]() They have comfortable indoor and outdoor dining as well as bar seating. It's fun to watch the chefs work their magic in the open view kitchen with their famous brick oven. The crew are all very friendly, nice and helpful. They always have their pizza options, one of their signatures, along with steak, fish and poultry with delectable pairings of sides and prepared in creative and mouth watering ways. ![]() Ember is always an exquisite experience! The menu changes monthly so there are new and exciting things to try. ![]()
